Summary: Ace Coins and Collectibles will not allow returns or exchanges of any of their products with a few exceptions. A grace period will be given to the buyer, 12 hours after purchasing the product, during which a full refund may be given if the buyer decides to cancel the order via email. After the grace period, no refund will be given. A partial refund will be given if the package is damaged and the buyer sends an email to Ace Coins and Collectibles with pictures of the package, as well as information such as Order Number and Tracking Number on the box. Any lost packages will get a full refund, and a USPS Insurance Claim will be filed.
Is there a return and exchange policy?
No. Ace Coins and Collectibles does not allow returns or exchanges of products sold on the site. However, a grace period will be given during the processing of orders, which occur before the item is shipped, which can take from 12 hours prior to purchasing the item. If the buyer decides to cancel the order during the grace period, please email your request to Ace Coins and Collectibles (acecoinscollectibles@gmail.com). The buyer will not be able to cancel the order after the grace period.
What if the shipped package is damaged or lost?
Ace Coins and Collectibles will do the best when it comes to taping and securing the package. If the buyer's package is damaged, however, email Ace Coins and Collectibles with pictures of your package as well as your order number/tracking number. A partial refund may be given depending on the condition of the package, although Ace Coins and Collectibles will be strict on their decision.
If the buyer's package is somehow lost, then a USPS insurance claim will be filed, and the buyer will get a full refund of their product.
