Ace Coins and Collectibles will not be responsible for reviewing the age of the buyer. It is required because some/most of the products will require an adult signature upon receipt, with products costing hundreds and thousands of dollars.
2. Account Registration: Creating an account at this site is optional, but it is recommended for buyers who will make multiple charges or purchase multiple products. Buyers must agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, such as email, card payment information, and home address, other contact information. Each buyer is responsible for any updates or changes regarding their accounts. Each buyer is also responsible for protecting the confidentiality of their account and any activities that occur under their account. Ace Coins and Collectibles will never invade any customer's private information or give out any credentials. Ace Coins and Collectibles will use the buyer's address and email address for communication with the buyer itself for shipping services, sending their invoice, and other reasons. 3. Products and Services: Buyers must take notice that all products, from their descriptions, images, and prices, are subject to change at any time without notice. Ace Coins and Collectibles may not have their product available continuously due to different certification numbers of graded trading cards and coins. Therefore, Ace Coins and Collectibles reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Ace Coins and Collectibles will make the best effort to show ungraded products accurately, but it is not guaranteed that the products will match exactly what the pictures show.
4. Orders and Payments: Buyers must agree that all information, such as credit card payments, the destination address, and personal information, is completely accurate, or else, delay in shipment and even cancellation in order. All prices are subject to applicable taxes. Ace Coins and Collectibles has the right to cancel any order, even in unexpected events such as inventory issues, suspected fraud, and price adjustments. 5. Shipping and Delivery: Ace Coins and Collectibles is very strict when it comes to shipping the buyer's product. After the buyer purchases a credit/debit card payment, free shipping will be implemented via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on the box's weight and dimensions. Ace Coins and Collectibles will email the buyer with information about their purchase, such as items, the package it will be mailed in, and the tracking number. Exchanges are not allowed, and refunds will not be accepted except if the package is damaged or lost, or during the grace period, 12 hours after purchasing. 6. Return and Refund: Ace Coins and Collectibles will not allow returns or exchanges of any of their products with a few exceptions. A grace period will be given to the buyer, 12 hours after purchasing the product, during which a full refund may be given if the buyer decides to cancel the order via email. After the grace period, no refund will be given. A partial refund will be given if the package is damaged and the buyer sends an email to Ace Coins and Collectibles with pictures of the package, as well as information such as Order Number and Tracking Number on the box. Any lost packages will get a full refund, and a USPS Insurance Claim will be filed. (Refer to Return Policy for more information.)
7. Prohibited Uses: Viewers and buyers for the Ace Coins and Collectibles website are not allowed to use their e-commerce website for any unlawful purpose or violate any regulations upon the Terms and Conditions. Prohibited acts on this site also include, and are not limited to: breaching on intellectual property of either Ace Coins and Collectibles or others, any transmissions of viruses, malware, or other harmful codes, unauthorized attempt to gain access to any sites and systems from Ace Coins and Collectibles, and other unlawful acts of hacking.
